End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Mockup Daddy ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the digital assets, including mockups in PSD, Figma, AI, and 3D software formats, available on www.mockupdaddy.com (the "Website"). By downloading or using any of our digital assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. License Types
1.1 Personal Use License (Free Downloads)
Eligibility: This license is granted to individual designers for personal and professional use. Business owners and product owners are limited to personal and internal use only.
Permitted Use: Under this license, you may use the free mockups for personal projects, internal presentations, or professional design work that does not involve commercial exploitation.
Prohibited Use: Free mockups may not be used for commercial purposes by business owners or product owners, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, or any for-profit activities.
1.2 Commercial Use License (Paid Downloads)
Eligibility: This license is granted to individuals and businesses who purchase mockups from our Website.
Permitted Use: Paid mockups may be used in commercial projects, including client work, marketing, advertising, and other for-profit activities.
Prohibited Use: Users may not distribute, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the mockups to third parties, even for free. The mockups may not be shared with colleagues, clients, or friends, nor may they be included in any product offered for sale or free distribution.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership
All digital assets, including but not limited to mockups, created and provided by Mockup Daddy, remain the exclusive property of Mockup Daddy. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or downloading our assets.
2.2 Intellectual Property
The mockups and all related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of our assets may violate these laws and this EULA.
3. Restrictions on Use
3.1 No Resale or Redistribution
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any of our digital assets, regardless of whether they were obtained for free or through purchase.
3.2 No Modification for Redistribution
You may not modify any mockup with the intent to distribute or share the modified version.
3.3 No Transfer
You may not transfer your rights under this EULA to any other person or entity without prior written consent from Mockup Daddy.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 No Warranties
Mockup Daddy provides all digital assets "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our mockups will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4.2 Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockup Daddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our digital assets, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Mockup Daddy
We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to our digital assets if you violate any terms of this EULA.
5.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the digital assets and destroy any copies in your possession.
6. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
7. Changes to EULA
Mockup Daddy reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on our Website. Your continued use of our digital assets following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
