1. Eligibility for Refund
Single Mockup Purchases:
If you purchase a single mockup and have not yet downloaded the PSD file from the download page, you are eligible for a refund. Please make sure to review the reference images on the product page before making your purchase.
Package Purchases:
If you purchase a package of mockups, you may download one mockup to test it. If this mockup does not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a refund, provided you do not download a second mockup from the package. Downloading more than one mockup from the package will void the refund policy.
2. How to Request a Refund
